The reason is that in our busy life we are not able to take a proper deit while it should not because it has a bad effect on our body. Along with work we should take care of our health. No matter what's your age, how old you because you have to power to change variables that influence your health and make you a safe from being weak before your time.
Today's outside food has become dangerous for us. But if seen, today most of the people are dependent on eating outside and faces so many problems related to health. As seen today, kidney stone, ulcer, back pain, headache,cancer, diabetes, heart diseases etc have become common diseases which faces most of the people in our country and this is due to external eating habits. To get healthy life you need to eat rich protein and do regular exercise. Here's some tips for longer and healthy life.
1- Don't Smoke -
Smoking is the biggest threat to our life. 50% of public today like to smoke. Smoking is a fatal disease, quit smoking if you smoke because it can kill you. Smoking causes horrific diseases such as heart disease, cancer of lung, blood, stomach, pancreas, mouth etc. Stop smoking if you have a good life and enjoy the life happily.

We should avoid to eat those deit which have a plenty of fat because it can badly affect your body and creat so many problems in your body.

One must always learn new things in life because this causes our mind to develop and has capacity to learn many things. Always learn good things because it can make our life bright. Learning aquire good habits such as understanding, good knowledge about something, a good behavior towards others, so it very important parts of our life to lead life in a good way.

Stress become a huge problem in today's era. 75% people is struggling with this dangerous disease which leads to death. Stress affect our life badly, sometimes it ruins our life. So we should avoid to intrrupt in this problems and we should spend every moment of our life happily because being happy is good for health.

Sleep is a most important part of our life. We have need to get enough sleep because it has ability to improve our physical and mental activities. We should have to get 8 hours sleep in night which is beneficial for our health. So it is recommended that everyone should have to get enough sleep for leading a better life. If you are not able to sleep at night, it can create a big problem for you. Sleeplessness is also a major disease. If you facing this problem then please consult to your doctor.
7- Disease-
Today 70% of population suffering from diseases. Have we ever wondered why this is happening? After all, what is the reason that younger age is still facing diseases. Reason is that people like to eat junk food more, sleeping late at night and get up late in the morning, less offline work and prefer to work online more.
