As we know, it has become very difficult to stay healthy in today's era. The reason is that in our busy life we are not able to take a proper deit while it should not because it has a bad effect on our body. Along with work we should take care of our health. No matter what's your age, how old you because you have to power to change variables that influence your health and make you a safe from being weak before your time.



Today's outside food has become dangerous for us. But if seen, today most of the people are dependent on eating outside and faces so many problems related to health. As seen today, kidney stone, ulcer, back pain, headache,cancer, diabetes, heart diseases etc have become common diseases which faces most of the people in our country and this is due to external eating habits. To get healthy life you need to eat rich protein and do regular exercise. Here's some tips for longer and healthy life.

1- Don't Smoke -



Smoking is the biggest threat to our life. 50% of public today like to smoke. Smoking is a fatal disease, quit smoking if you smoke because it can kill you. Smoking causes horrific diseases such as heart disease, cancer of lung, blood, stomach, pancreas, mouth etc. Stop smoking if you have a good life and enjoy the life happily.

2- Exercise- 


Exercise is a very important thing in our life. If you are not do something for your body so I think you should enjoy physical and mental activities everyday. Which give you a better experience to lead a healthy life. You must give yourself 20 to 25 minute from your busy schedule to do exercise in a day because a little more exercise make strong your muscles and releives diseases like obesity.

3- Healthy Deits- 



To stay healthy and fit it is very necessary for us to take a energy rich deit. You should include whole grain food in most meals, green leafy vegetables in abundance, fiber rich fruit, fish & egg etc. You can also add calcium supplements, nuts, legumes which give you more and more energy to your body to gain fitness. We should avoid to eat those deit which have a plenty of fat because it can badly affect your body and creat so many problems in your body. 

4- Keep Learnings- 



One must always learn new things in life because this causes our mind to develop and has capacity to learn many things. Always learn good things because it can make our life bright. Learning aquire good habits such as understanding, good knowledge about something, a good behavior towards others, so it very important parts of our life to lead life in a good way. 

5- Stress- 



Stress become a huge problem in today's era. 75% people is struggling with this dangerous disease which leads to death. Stress affect our life badly, sometimes it ruins our life. So we should avoid to intrrupt in this problems and we should spend every moment of our life happily because being happy is good for health.

6- Sleep- 



Sleep is a most important part of our life. We have need to get enough sleep because it has ability to improve our physical and mental activities. We should have to get 8 hours sleep in night which is beneficial for our health. So it is recommended that everyone should have to get enough sleep for leading a better life. If you are not able to sleep at night, it can create a big problem for you. Sleeplessness is also a major disease. If you facing this problem then please consult to your doctor. 

7- Disease-  

Today 70% of population suffering from diseases. Have we ever wondered why this is happening? After all, what is the reason that younger age is still facing diseases. Reason is that people like to eat junk food more, sleeping late at night and get up late in the morning, less offline work and prefer to work online more. 



But do you know this habits make you lazy day by day and it can become harmful for you because staying healthy is very important in today's era. If you suffering from diseases, please consult to your doctor. If you don't do this then it can prove to be fatal for you. Do regular exercise to get ride of diseases. If you are doing your treatment then take medicine on time because every medicine has a working time, so pay attention to it. 

8- Meetup- 



Meeting people is good for health. If you are busy person then take time for this things with your busy schedule because this is a good habits and make you feel better. It give a new challenges and learn something new in your daily routine and comes smile on your face, make feel you happy. It is necessary to be happy to pass life and it become a best part of our life. It is important to have a friend so that we can share our things, sharing things makes the mind light and give itself great relief. If you like to be alone then leave this habit



9-  Water- 



 As we read in books, water is a basis of life and now this will be prove because without water we can't live, we can't servive.70% part of our body is water when there is a lack of water in our body, it is called dehydration.  It is a big part of our life.  Water play an essential roll in our life. We should drink more and more water because lack of water create many problems in our body like fatigue, dry mouth, dull skin, loss of energy etc. by which our body doesn't work properly. If you realising that you are drink water rarely then I think you should to take 3 to 4 liter in a day because plenty of water in your body make you more and more healthy and it prevents most of diseases to happens in our body. Most important roll of water is prevents kidney from being damage and also prevents urinary tract infection. To seeing this a specific roll of water, we know that life would not have been possible if there were no water on the earth. So save water and pass life happily.

10-Stability and Satisfaction- 


Stability and satisfying is more important to have a good life. If you are not stable in your life,  then it can have a bad effect on your health. Many people are not quick enough to take something, it can also create problems. If you are disturb then share your disturbance with your friends and sure you will get solution of your problems because this solution of your all problems make you stable and also it make you do something new in your life. Now everyone is doing something to be stable so that they can lead a good life. If seen, stability is a best part of life. If you feel stable like a good person that's why smile on your face.
